What you need to register
- 📝 Kerala PG Medical 2026 — Certificates to upload with the application1. Nativity proof (mandatory): SSLC / Indian passport / birth certificate showing birth in Kerala (yours or a parent's, with proof of relationship), OR nativity certificate from the Village Officer 2. Non-Keralites who did MBBS in Kerala: certificate from the Principal of the Kerala medical college (format on the website) 3. SC/ST: community certificate from a Revenue officer not below Tahsildar 4. SEBC/OEC: non-creamy layer certificate from the Village Officer (in the proforma) 5. Communities in Annexure II: community and income certificates (family income up to Rs 6 lakh) from the Village Officer 6. Inter-caste marriage certificate from the Tahsildar (if claiming inter-caste benefit) 7. Ex-servicemen quota certificate (if claiming) 8. EWS certificate from the Village Officer in the prescribed format (if claiming) 9. NRI quota: sponsor's passport/visa (or Resident ID / Golden Visa) and employment proof, embassy-attested where required 10. NRI quota: relationship certificate between sponsor and candidate from the Revenue authorities 11. NRI quota: sponsor's notarised affidavit on Rs 200 stamp paper undertaking to bear all fees 12. PwD: claim in the online application only — no upload needed 13. All scans in colour, from the original documents

Kerala's state-quota PG medical seats are filled by the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE). It runs the state's online counselling separately from the All-India MCC round, and Kerala maintains distinct service and non-service streams as well as clear nativity rules.

Who conducts this counselling
The CEE is the Kerala government body that conducts entrance-based admissions and counselling for professional courses, including PG medical and dental. It publishes the prospectus, verifies eligibility, runs the allotment and issues memos.
Kerala separates service candidates (serving government doctors) from non-service candidates, each with their own quota and rules. The All India Quota portion of Kerala's government seats is handled by MCC.

Verification and rank list

Pay the fee and register options
Pay the fee, then register your options — the ordered list of colleges and courses you will accept — and confirm them.

CEE allots against state merit within your stream and your options, across rounds, with reporting and exit rules that tighten as rounds progress.
