The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the First Phase centralised allotment for PG Medical courses for 2026-27. It covers Government Medical Colleges, RCC Thiruvananthapuram, Malabar Cancer Centre Kannur and private self-financing medical colleges in the state. The allotment is based on the Kerala State merit list rank and the online options each candidate filed, and was finalised after CEE looked into valid complaints on the provisional allotment.
Candidates can see their result by logging in to the 'PG Medical 2026 – Candidate Portal' with their application number and password and opening the 'Allotment Result' link. Those who received a seat should download the Allotment Memo from the home page.
Allotted candidates must report at the allotted college from 3 November to 10 November 2026, 4 PM, with the documents listed in the Allotment Memo (prospectus clause 10.1.22), and pay the fee at the college at admission. A candidate who does not join in time loses the allotment and all existing options, and will not be considered in the second phase unless new eligible options are added later. The same applies to anyone who leaves a Phase I seat before Phase II option processing.
Fees for 2026-27 have not yet been fixed by the AFRC, so candidates may have to pay at a revised rate later. SC/ST candidates under KIRTADS scrutiny and some NRI claimants have been allotted provisionally. Colleges must approve their admitted lists on OAMS by 5 PM on 10 November. Details are on cee.kerala.gov.in.
