NEET PG Counselling
End-to-end guidance through AIQ, state and deemed counselling — from your score to your seat, one round at a time.
The exam is the part everyone prepares for. Counselling is the part that actually decides which college and branch you walk into — and it is where a strong rank gets wasted every year through a rushed choice list, a missed round, or a misread of how upgrades work.
NEET PG counselling is not one event. It is a months-long sequence of authorities, rounds, deadlines and irreversible choices, run in parallel across All India, your state, and the deemed universities. This service exists to make sure your rank is converted into the best seat it can reach — deliberately, not by luck.
What this covers
Counselling for a NEET PG aspirant means navigating several authorities at once. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) runs the All India Quota, deemed and central university seats; each state runs its own counselling for its state-quota seats, with its own rules, categories and deadlines. These processes overlap in time, and the decisions in one affect what you should do in another.
This service takes on that whole picture. We review your score and rank, build a realistic shortlist of colleges and branches you can actually reach, plan and fill your choice lists for each authority, and stay with you round by round — deciding when to hold a seat, when to upgrade, and when to let go — all the way through to mop-up and stray vacancy rounds.
The point is not just information — that is freely available and overwhelming. The point is judgement applied to *your* rank, category, state and priorities, by people who do this every season and have seen how the rounds actually behave.
Who it's for
- First-timers who have never been through NEET PG counselling and do not want to learn its rules by making costly mistakes in real time.
- Doctors weighing college against branch — a better college for a less-preferred branch, or the reverse — and wanting that trade-off made deliberately.
- Anyone eligible across multiple authorities (All India + state + deemed) who needs the rounds coordinated rather than handled in isolation.
- Aspirants who want a realistic, honest read on what their rank can reach — not false hope, and not undue caution.
How it works
- 1
Free counselling call
It starts with a no-cost call. We look at your score, your category and quota, your state, and your priorities, and give you an honest read on what is realistic — and tell you plainly if you do not need us.
- 2
Score & rank review
Once results and ranks are out, we work through where your rank actually places you across All India, state and deemed seats — the realistic band, not the wishful one.
- 3
College shortlist
We build a shortlist of colleges and branches you can genuinely reach, mapped across the authorities you are eligible for, and weighted to your priorities on branch, location and fees.
- 4
Choice-filling strategy
The single most consequential step. We plan and fill your choice list for each authority in the right order — because in NEET PG counselling the sequence of your choices, not just the choices themselves, decides your outcome.
- 5
Round-by-round support
Through each round we advise on the live decisions: accept and hold, wait for an upgrade, or free the seat — including how a resignation or upgrade in one round changes your position in the next.
- 6
Through to mop-up
We stay with you until you are allotted a seat, including the later state, deemed, mop-up and stray vacancy rounds where seats shift late and many aspirants stop paying attention.
What's included
A dedicated mentor
1:1 guidance from a mentor who knows your case, rather than generic advice — the depth depends on your plan (see Pricing).
Doctor Dashboard access
Your rank, college shortlist and choice list in one place, updated as the rounds and cut-offs move.
Choice-list planning & review
Expert help building your choice list, and a review before you lock it — the step where mistakes are most expensive.
Document check
We review your documents before you upload them — migration certificate, category proof, rank card and the rest — so a paperwork error does not cost you a seat.
Round & upgrade support
Guidance on hold-vs-upgrade decisions across rounds, including round 2/3 upgrade strategy. Coverage depends on your plan.
Common questions
When should I start — before or after my result?
Before. The doctors who do best engage early: the free call, the dashboard and mentor planning all happen before scores drop, so that when your rank arrives the strategy is ready and you are not scrambling. Early is when planning is cheapest and choices are widest.
Do you cover my state's counselling, not just All India?
Yes — the service is built around the fact that most aspirants are eligible across All India, their state and deemed universities at once, each with its own rules and deadlines. Coordinating those is much of the value; handling only one in isolation is where rank gets wasted.
Will you tell me honestly if my rank can't reach what I want?
Yes, and that is the point of the free call. A realistic read — neither false hope nor undue caution — is more useful than an optimistic one, because your choice list has to be built on what your rank can actually reach.
What does it cost?
Pricing is published openly on the site — one-time fees, no hidden add-ons. See the Pricing section for the current plans and what each includes.
How is this different from free advice online?
Information about NEET PG counselling is freely available and genuinely overwhelming. What this service adds is judgement applied to your specific rank, category, state and priorities by people who work these rounds every season — and someone accountable for the outcome, not a forum thread.
