GMCH Chandigarh MD/MS 2026: State Quota Online Applications Open 14 October, Close 18 October

Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector-32, Chandigarh has issued its admission notice for MD/MS courses for the 2026 session under the State Quota. The online application form is available on the GMCH website from 14 October to 18 October 2026.

There are 80 State Quota seats: 76 seats (including 4 PwBD seats) plus 4 EWS seats. Of these, 11 are for Scheduled Castes, 5 for OBC, 60 General and 4 EWS. The eligibility criteria and counselling dates are given in the MD/MS Prospectus-2026 on gmch.gov.in, and any change to eligibility or the admission process will be posted on the same site.

Applicants have to upload all the certificates and the photograph listed in the prospectus while applying. Only online applications made within the given period will be accepted. The fee is Rs 2,000 for General/EWS/OBC/OCI card holders and Rs 1,000 for SC/PwBD/third gender candidates, plus any bank charges. It is paid online only and is not refundable.
