MCC NEET PG 2026: Round 2 Schedule Revised After New Seats — Registration Till 14 Nov, Result 17 Nov

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued a modified schedule for Round 2 of NEET PG Counselling 2026. The change follows the addition of new PG seats to the Round 2 seat matrix, approved by the National Medical Commission.

Round 2 registration opened at 1 PM on 7 November and closes at 3 PM on 14 November 2026, with fee payment allowed until 6 PM the same day. The edit/reset registration option is available until 1 PM on 14 November. Candidates holding a Round 1 seat can resign without forfeiting their security deposit until 6 PM on 9 November — Freeze candidates must visit the allotted institute in person, while Float candidates can resign online. Institutes must verify the Round 2 seat matrix by 11 AM on 9 November.

Choice filling opens at 1 PM on 10 November and closes at 11:55 PM on 15 November, with choice locking from 4 PM on 14 November. Seat processing and the provisional result are on 16 November, the final result on 17 November, and reporting at allotted colleges runs from 18 to 24 November 2026. MCC will verify joined candidates' data on 25 November.
