Odisha NEET PG 2026: Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Out for Direct and In-Service Candidates (MD/MS/DNB)

The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Odisha has released the Round 1 common allotment list for PG Medical State Quota counselling 2026-27. The list covers both direct and in-service candidates and includes MD/MS seats in government and private (including management) medical colleges as well as DNB seats in state hospitals such as S J MCH Puri, SLN MCH Koraput and BB MCH Balangir.

For each allotted candidate the list shows the state application number, name, rank, the choice number on which the seat was given, the allotted college, course, subject and the allotment category (UR, SEBC, SC, ST, EWS and sub-categories such as GC, ES and PWD).

The last pages of the PDF list the seats still lying vacant after Round 1, separately for direct and in-service seats, college-wise and subject-wise. Candidates who did not get a seat, or who plan to take part in the next round, should check this vacancy list before the next round of choices.

Candidates who have been allotted a seat should check their name and details carefully and follow the reporting/joining instructions issued by DMET Odisha on its official counselling website (dmetodisha.in). The allotment PDF itself does not state reporting dates, so watch for the separate reporting notice.
