Kerala PG Medical 2026: Seat Matrix for 28 New Seats at Travancore Medical College, Kollam Approved

The Government of Kerala's Health & Family Welfare Department has issued an order approving the seat matrix for MD/MS admissions at Travancore Medical College, Mylapore, Kollam for the 2026-27 academic year. The order follows the earlier government orders on the state PG medical seat matrix and a letter from the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE).

The appended table lists 28 newly added seats in this self-financing college (excluding minority/NRI quota seats), which the order marks as available from the first phase onward. Of these, 18 are unreserved, with 2 each for SC, Ezhava, Backward Hindu and Muslim candidates and 1 each for ST and Latin Catholic & Anglo Indian candidates. The largest allocations are General Surgery (5), Paediatrics (4), Anaesthesia (3) and General Medicine (3), with the remaining seats spread across ENT, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Radiodiagnosis, Emergency Medicine, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, Respiratory Medicine and Dermatology.
