Gujarat PG Medical 2026: Step-by-Step Online Admission Process and Documents Checklist

ACPPGMEC Gujarat has published a guide to its online PG Medical admission process. It has six stages: online registration with document upload (after buying a PIN on medadmgujarat.org), document verification at a help centre to confirm registration, publication of the merit list, round-wise online choice filling and allotment, payment of tuition fees, and submission of original documents at a help centre to confirm admission.

The guide lists the documents needed at registration. They include attempt-wise MBBS marksheets, the NEET-PG marksheet, an internship completion certificate, medical council registration, proof of date and place of birth and citizenship, and Gujarat-issued caste, non-creamy layer or EWS certificates where applicable. Candidates who studied MBBS outside Gujarat also need their 12th marksheet and a Gujarat domicile certificate.

After allotment, candidates must submit the allotment letter and the fee receipt for one term (six months) at Axis Bank, along with the original certificates, an NRI certificate where relevant, and any other relevant certificate.

Fees can be paid in cash or by DD at a designated Axis Bank branch, or online, within the time ACPPGMEC sets for each round.
