Kerala PG Medical 2026 Prospectus Released: Eligibility, Reservation, NRI Rules and Documents to Upload

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the prospectus for admission to Post Graduate Medical (Degree) courses 2026, covering state quota seats in Government Medical Colleges and RCC Thiruvananthapuram and all seats, including minority and NRI quota, in self-financing colleges.

The 87-page prospectus explains eligibility and nativity rules, the qualifying percentiles, seat categories, communal, EWS, PwD, ex-servicemen and service-quota reservation, the NRI quota rules (with the latest government orders on visa and sponsor documents), fees and the centralised allotment process. Section 8 lists the certificates to be scanned in colour and uploaded with the online application.

Online applications are open on cee.kerala.gov.in until 4 PM on 16 October 2026; the fee is Rs 1,000 (Rs 500 for SC/ST). Nothing can be added after the last date, so read the prospectus and upload every certificate you claim before you submit.
