Chandigarh GMCH-32 MD/MS 2026 (State Quota): SC Registration Link Deactivated After High Court Order

Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector-32, Chandigarh has issued a notice about state-quota MD/MS admissions for Session 2026. Following an order of the Punjab and Haryana High Court dated 27 October 2026 in CWP No. 35096 of 2026, the online registration and application link, including document upload and fee payment, has been switched off for Scheduled Caste (SC) category candidates.

The notice follows the college's earlier admission notice of 23 October 2026. It does not give any new dates for SC candidates. A separate revised schedule issued the same day says counselling for SC category seats depends on the High Court's final order in the same case.

SC category candidates applying for Chandigarh UT state-quota MD/MS seats should keep checking gmch.gov.in for further updates on the case and on any reopening of the application link. Candidates in other categories should follow the revised schedule dated 29 October 2026.
