J&K BOPEE NEET PG 2026: E-Counselling Instructions and Round-wise Rules for MD/MS/PG Diploma Released

J&K BOPEE has issued the e-counselling instructions for NEET PG 2026 (MD/MS/PGD): Rs 2,000 counselling fee, online preference filling, and rules for Rounds 1–3, mop-up and stray rounds.

The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has released its e-counselling instructions and guidelines for admission to NEET PG (MD/MS/PG Diploma) courses for the 2026-27 session. Only candidates on the UT Provisional Merit List can take part. No dates are given in this document; the schedule will come in separate notifications.

The process is fully online. Candidates sign up using their NEET PG 2026 application number, activate the account through email/OTP, pay a non-refundable counselling fee of Rs 2,000, and only then fill preferences. Choices are submitted with a mobile OTP. If a candidate fills choices but neither deletes nor submits them, BOPEE will treat them as locked. Keep the NEET PG application number, roll number, score and rank ready.

Allotted candidates must download the provisional allotment letter and report in person with original documents. Those who do not join, or who cancel, lose that course at that institution in the next round but can opt for others. Fresh preferences are needed in every round — earlier choices lapse. Round 3 and mop-up may run together, followed by stray/special rounds, with no upgradation in stray rounds. Unfilled reserved seats will be de-reserved after Round 3.

Read the full guidelines on www.jkbopee.gov.in before choice filling opens.
