Gujarat PG Medical 2026: Provisional Merit Lists Out; Correction Form Released for Errors

The Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC), Gandhinagar has published the provisional merit lists for MD/MS/Diploma admissions 2026-27. Category-wise lists are online: General, EWS, SEBC, SC, ST and In-Service, all dated 22 October 2026. A list of candidates found not eligible, with the reason for each, has also been released. The NRI merit list is linked on the site but its file was not yet available when checked.

To fix a mistake in their merit list entry, candidates must use the 'Application form for correction in the merit list' that ACPPGMEC has released. In the form, the candidate lists each correction: the reason, the existing details, the revised details and the supporting documents. It must be submitted with the acknowledgement slip issued at the Help Centre after document verification and the relevant proofs. The second page is an acknowledgement slip that the Help Centre's nodal officer signs. ACPPGMEC notes that this slip only confirms receipt and does not mean the change is approved.

Every Gujarat applicant should check their name, category, rank and score in the lists now. Candidates on the not-eligible list should read the reason given. ACPPGMEC has not stated a deadline for correction requests in this form, so watch medadmgujarat.ncode.in for one.
