Karnataka PG Medical 2026: KEA Extends Online Registration Till 25 October

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended online registration for admission to PG Medical courses in Karnataka for 2026-27. Registration first opened through KEA's notification of 5 October 2026, and the original deadline has now passed. In a notice dated 22 October 2026, KEA says that, in the interest of candidates, the registration facility has remained available, and that the online registration and application portal will now close on 25 October 2026.

The extension is for NEET-PG 2026 qualified candidates who have not yet registered with KEA and want to take part in Karnataka's PG Medical counselling. Registration alone is not enough to become eligible for seat allotment: after registering, candidates must book a document verification slot and attend verification as per KEA's guidelines.

Candidates who have not registered should complete the online application, book a verification slot and finish document verification before the deadline. KEA advises candidates to check its website for details of the application procedure, eligibility and document requirements. The notice does not give a closing time for 25 October, so register well before the end of the day.
