WBMCC PG Medical 2026: Candidate Registration User Manual Released on wbmcc.nic.in

The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) has uploaded a user manual explaining how NEET PG 2026 qualified candidates register for West Bengal PG Medical counselling. It covers the State quota, Private Management quota, NRI quota and DNB seats. The manual itself does not give any dates; the schedule and eligibility rules are in the separate Counselling Notice cum Information Bulletin on wbmcc.nic.in.

The guide walks through the online process: one-time registration under the 'PG Medical' menu, consent forms, entering NEET PG roll number, application number, name, mother's name and date of birth exactly as on the admit card (any mismatch blocks registration), OTP verification, and then the application form with caste category, bank details (a cancelled cheque, passbook or bank statement image is uploaded) and MBBS and internship details.

It also explains which quotas each type of candidate can choose, such as WB in-service, WB MBBS graduates, MBBS from other states (Management quota only), foreign graduates with internship in West Bengal, and NRI candidates. Candidates opting for private college State quota or Management quota seats pay an extra security deposit. Registration can be unlocked and corrected only until the counselling fee is paid. After payment, the Candidate Profile Letter shows the reporting centre, date and time for physical document verification.
