UP NEET PG 2026: Round 1 State Quota Registration 21–26 October, Choice Filling Till 30 October

The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, has issued the timetable for the first round of online counselling for state-quota seats in MD, MS, Diploma and DNB courses at government, private and university medical colleges in the state. The schedule follows the national timetable released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

Online registration opens on 21 October 2026 at 2 PM and closes on 26 October 2026 at 11 AM. The registration fee and security amount can be paid from 21 October (2 PM) until 26 October 2026, 2 PM. The state merit list will be declared on 26 October, and online choice filling runs from 26 October (5 PM) to 30 October 2026, 5 PM.

The Round 1 seat allotment result is due on 2 November 2026. Allotted candidates can download their allotment letters and complete admission between 3 and 7 November 2026, with a further window on 12 and 13 November 2026.

Candidates seeking UP state-quota PG seats should register and pay the fee before the deadlines, as unpaid registrations will not appear on the merit list. All updates will be posted on upneet.gov.in and dgme.up.gov.in. Helpline numbers 8189011696 to 8189011700 work from 11 AM to 5 PM.
