KEA PG Medical 2026: Original Document Verification Rules, Slot Booking From 7 October

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has published Annexures 18 and 19, dated 5 October 2026, explaining how original documents will be verified for PG Medical 2026 (PGET) admissions in Karnataka. The notice is issued in both Kannada and English.

Only candidates who have registered online and paid the fee can take part. Candidates who claimed Clause 'a' or Clause 'y' do not need to attend, unless they are also claiming an NRI ward or religious minority seat. Those who claimed Clauses b, c, d, e, f, g or z must book a slot through the link on the KEA website and attend verification at KEA, 18th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru. KEA says slot booking for PG Medical starts on 7 October 2026.

Candidates must come in person with all originals and two sets of photocopies; nobody can attend on their behalf. Laminated marks cards or certificates will not be verified, and such candidates will not be allowed into seat allotment. Verification may take time, so candidates should plan travel accordingly. Clearing NEET PG 2026 alone does not guarantee a seat; only those who complete verification are eligible for seats in Karnataka colleges. The official notice is on the KEA website.
