Telangana KNRUHS PG Medical 2026-27 CQ Prospectus Released: Register 15 Oct (4 PM) to 23 Oct (4 PM)

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, has published the prospectus for PG Medical Degree and Diploma admissions under the Competent Authority Quota for 2026-27, for in-service and non-service candidates. Online application and certificate upload runs on tspgmed.tsche.in from 4 PM on 15 October to 4 PM on 23 October 2026. The merit list, web-option dates and start of classes will be announced later.

The prospectus restricts these seats to Telangana local candidates, as defined by G.O. Ms. No. 148 of 2024. Candidates already studying a PG degree, diploma or DNB cannot apply. Reservations are SC 15% (split into three sub-groups), ST 10% and BC 29%, with horizontal quotas of one-third for women and 5% for PwD. In-service candidates get 20% of clinical and 30% of pre- and para-clinical seats. The registration fee is Rs 10,000 for OC/BC and Rs 8,000 for SC/ST.

Allotted candidates pay a university fee of Rs 35,000 to download the allotment letter. All joiners sign a Rs 50 lakh bond to finish the course. Non-service candidates also sign a one-year government service bond of Rs 20 lakh for a degree or Rs 10 lakh for a diploma. Leaving after the free-exit date brings a Rs 50 lakh penalty and a three-year debarment.

Certificates are verified only once from the online uploads, so candidates should upload every mandatory document during registration.
