Odisha PG Medical 2026: Batch-wise Document Verification 14–16 and 21–23 October at MKCG Berhampur

The PG (Medical) Counselling Committee 2026-27 has issued a notice (No. 36, dated 11 October 2026) giving date-wise slots for physical document verification in Odisha state quota PG Medical counselling. Note: a revised version of this notice (No. 38) was issued on 13 October 2026 with the application numbers in full format; check the revised notice for your slot.

Verification will be held batch-wise at the 650 Lecture Theatre, MKCG Medical College, Brahmapur, on 14, 15 and 16 October and 21, 22 and 23 October 2026, between 10 AM and 5 PM. Candidates must report between 9:30 AM and 1 PM on their allotted day. In this notice, batches are fixed by state application number: 0001–0300 on 14 Oct, 0301–0600 on 15 Oct, 0601–1000 on 16 Oct, 1001–1400 on 21 Oct, 1401–1800 on 22 Oct, and 1801 onwards on 23 Oct.

Candidates should bring the SBI Collect fee receipt, a signed printout of the online application, NEET PG 2026 admit card and score card, photo ID, 10th certificate showing date of birth, MBBS marksheets and degree/provisional certificate, internship completion certificate, updated medical registration, and a Permanent Resident Certificate with QR code (or proof of passing MBBS from an Odisha Govt medical college). Category, Green Card, EWS and service certificates are needed only if applicable, and an authorisation letter if someone attends on the candidate's behalf.

Under the state guidelines, candidates who miss verification will not appear in the merit list.
