Odisha PG Medical 2026: Name Missing From Registration Portal? Email a Claim With Proof

NEET PG 2026 candidates eligible for Odisha state quota whose names are not on the portal must email a representation with proof to the PG Counselling Convener.

The PG (Medical) Counselling Committee 2026-27 at MKCG Medical College, Berhampur has issued a notice (No. 32, dated 10 October 2026) for NEET PG 2026 qualified candidates who want to take part in Odisha PG Medical / Post-MBBS DNB / Post-MBBS Diploma counselling 2026 but cannot register because their name does not appear in the portal.

This applies to candidates who are eligible on one of these grounds but did not state it in their NEET PG 2026 application form: being a permanent resident of Odisha, having completed MBBS from a medical college in Odisha, or on the basis of the NEET score card 2026. Such candidates must email a representation to convenerpgmedicalcounselling26@gmail.com with documentary proof of the claim.

The email should clearly state the candidate's full name, NEET PG 2026 application/roll number, contact number, email address and the eligibility category claimed, with supporting documents attached. The committee notes that sending a representation does not guarantee inclusion; each claim will be examined against the documents and the counselling guidelines, and incomplete claims or claims without adequate proof may not be considered.

No deadline is given, but candidates are told to apply at the earliest. Since online registration closes on 18 October 2026 (11:55 PM) as per the tentative schedule, affected candidates should send their claim right away.
