The Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh has issued a notice (dated 9 October 2026, in Hindi) for in-service candidates taking part in the MP State Combined Counselling for NEET MD/MS, post-MBBS DNB and post-MBBS PG Diploma courses 2026.

The notice says registration for this counselling begins on 10 October 2026, and all eligible in-service candidates must complete their registration within the prescribed period. It states that the last date would be announced in the counselling time schedule; the DME's tentative Round 1 schedule released on 12 October lists profile creation and registration from 10 to 20 October 2026 (midnight).

After registration closes, the DME will match registered candidates against the list of in-service candidates and change their category from open to in-service. Every registered in-service candidate on that list will then get a message on their registered mobile number asking them to download an updated registration slip. They must generate this updated slip themselves from the Candidate login.

In-service doctors should register on time through dme.mponline.gov.in, keep their registered mobile number active, and download the updated registration slip once the message arrives. The official notice is on the DME MP counselling portal.
