Punjab NEET PG 2026: PCMS In-Service Candidates Told to Get NOC for Incentive Marks Now

BFUHS asks PCMS in-service doctors who qualified NEET PG 2026 to obtain the NOC for incentive marks from the Punjab Government using Annexure A and B proformas.

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot has issued a notice dated 30 September 2026 for PCMS in-service candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2026 and want to claim incentive marks in Punjab PG counselling.

These candidates are asked to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for incentive marks from the competent authority of the Punjab Government. Because time is short, the university has put the required proformas on its website in advance: Annexure A (certificate of service and eligibility, signed by the Civil Surgeon, ESI Medical Superintendent, GMC Principal or Director Health & Family Welfare) and Annexure B (a compulsory undertaking by the in-service candidate). The full admission prospectus will be uploaded later.

The last date for submitting the NOC in person at the university, after the online application, has not been announced yet; it will be given in the prospectus schedule or on the university website. The notice warns that an NOC received after the deadline of a round will not count for incentive marks in that round, though it may be considered for a later round.

PCMS doctors should start the NOC process now, using the Annexure A and B formats, and watch admission.bfuhsonline.ac.in for the prospectus and the submission deadline.
