MP NEET PG 2026: ₹500 Stamp-Paper Affidavit Needed to Opt for Upgradation in Round 2 or Mop-up

MP DME says candidates admitted in earlier rounds who opt for upgradation must give a ₹500 stamp-paper affidavit to the college principal on executing their rural service and seat-leaving bonds.

The Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh, has issued an important notice on the bond to be submitted at the time of PG admission in the MP state NEET PG 2026 joint counselling.

Candidates who were admitted in the first round and want to take the upgradation option in the second round, and candidates admitted in the first or second round who want the upgradation option for the mop-up round, must execute an affidavit on ₹500 stamp paper addressed to the principal of the college where they are admitted.

In this affidavit the candidate undertakes that, if they are not upgraded, they will properly execute the separate rural service bond and seat-leaving bond at the college where they are admitted, on a stamped notarised affidavit (stamp duty at 0.5 percent of the bond amount).

If you joined an MP college and plan to choose upgradation, arrange the ₹500 stamp paper and notarised affidavit before the next round, and confirm the exact format with your college. The official notice is on dme.mponline.gov.in.
