KEA PG Medical 2026: Round 1 Option Entry Open Till 2 Nov (4 PM), Final Allotment 6 Nov

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the first round seat allotment schedule for PG Medical admissions 2026 for non-in-service candidates. The Medical Education Department issued the 2026 seat matrix and fee structure on 30 October 2026, and both are now on the KEA website.

Option entry opened at 8 PM on 30 October 2026 and closes at 4 PM on 2 November 2026. KEA advises candidates to check the fee, seat type, college location and course details before entering options. The options entered now will also be used for the second round; candidates will not be allowed to enter options again for Round 2. Candidates under Clause A and Clause Y must download their verification slip before the link is disabled after 1 November 2026.

Mock allotment results will be published on 3 November after 4 PM. Candidates can then add, delete, modify or re-order options from 3 November after 5 PM until 5 November, 10 AM. The provisional Round 1 allotment will be published on 5 November after 8 PM, and the final Round 1 allotment on 6 November after 11 AM. KEA says the schedule for later steps will be notified on its website.

Doctors should finish entering options in order of preference before 4 PM on 2 November and keep checking the KEA website (kea.kar.nic.in) for updates.
