The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released a separate provisional PG Medical 2026 seat matrix for St John's Medical College, Bengaluru, dated 30 October 2026. It lists 94 MD/MS seats in 20 branches, split across three seat categories marked RC1 (13 seats), RC2 (56 seats) and RC3 (25 seats).
The branches with the most seats are General Medicine (15), Anaesthesia (10), Radio Diagnosis (9), Paediatrics (8) and Orthopaedics (8). Smaller branches such as Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Psychiatry and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation are also listed.
