Maharashtra NEET PG 2026: Registration, Fee Payment and Document Upload Extended to 27 October

The Maharashtra State CET Cell has issued Notice No. 03 extending the online registration schedule for Postgraduate Medical (MD/MS) admission under NEET PG 2026. The Cell says it received many requests from candidates who could not complete their registration in time.

Under the revised schedule, online registration along with the mandatory session application is open until 27 October 2026, 5:30 PM (server time). Payment of the non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 3,000 and the applicable security deposit through the online gateway is allowed until 7:30 PM the same day. Candidates are considered only after both payments succeed. Coloured scanned copies of all original documents must be uploaded on the portal by 10:30 PM on 27 October 2026; those who do not upload the required documents will not be considered under the category they have claimed.

The rest of the schedule and instructions in Notice No. 01 dated 16 October 2026 remain unchanged. Candidates who have not finished registration should complete all three steps, in order, before the respective cut-off times and keep checking the official State CET Cell website for further updates.
