Dr. Rini Kuruvilla is a Specialist Gynaecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon from India, currently practicing in Dubai. With over 15 years of extensive clinical experience, she is deeply passionate about medical education, particularly in teaching laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgical skills to doctors and surgeons worldwide.Throughout her career, Dr. Rini has dedicated herself to advancing the field of Minimal Access Surgery and making quality surgical training accessible, especially for healthcare professionals from low- and middle-income countries across Asia and Africa. She has successfully trained more than 500 doctors from around the world through various structured laparoscopic training programs.She is the Founder and Director of the School of Endoskills, a pioneering training institute recognized and approved by the Healthcare Sector Skill Council under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), India. The institution is distinguished by its innovative, research-driven training methodology designed to enhance surgical competence and patient outcomes.Beyond professional training, Dr. Rini is committed to promoting public health awareness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
