My medical journey began with an MBBS from Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, Pune, followed by an MD in Radiation Oncology from Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai — a center of excellence in oncology training and care.During my residency and subsequent three years as a Senior Resident (SR I/II/III) at Tata Memorial Hospital, I managed hundreds of cancer patients across diverse clinical settings. My training spans cutting-edge precision techniques such as SRS, SBRT, IG-IMRT, VMAT, DIBH/DEBH, and 4DCT, alongside expertise in 3DCRT, conventional EBRT, and both image-guided and image-based brachytherapy.Beyond curative treatment, I am passionate about palliative care and quality-of-life enhancement for cancer patients. I am certified by Pallium India in both the Foundation Course and the Integrated and Advanced Course in Palliative Medicine (FCPM 2023, ICPM 2024), with a strong foundation in cancer pain management, dementia care, and end-of-life communication.My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based protocols and compassionate care. I am also an academic and research enthusiast, certified in the Basic Course in Biomedical Research (ICMR-NIE) and have presented research on gliomas and quality-of-life outcomes at international platforms like ESTRO and ISNOCON.As a mentor, I aim to guide aspiring oncologists and medical professionals through clinical reasoning, radiotherapy training, academic research, and compassionate cancer care. I also support mentees in developing career pathways in radiation oncology, integrating palliative care into practice, and fostering patient communication skills. Outside the hospital, I find balance through music, poetry, cooking, and writing — all of which fuel my empathy and human connection with patients
