My journey has taken me through some of the most demanding and rewarding spaces in healthcare, and I’ve grown deeply passionate about not just intensive care, but also medical education, mentorship, and advocating for clinician wellbeing.My academic and clinical training includes the EDIC, MD and DNB in Anaesthesiology, and multiple certifications in advanced life support, ECMO, and bronchoscopy. I’ve worked across leading NHS Trusts including Guy’s and St Thomas’, Imperial College Healthcare, and London North West.Outside the ICU, I’m a storyteller at heart. I blog at The Cuckoo Brain, run an ICU-humor Instagram page @SeriousICULaughs, and have published three poetry collections inspired by real-life experiences in healthcare. I'm currently working on a podcast focused on psychological resilience for doctors navigating high-pressure environments.As a mentor, I offer guidance in understanding the NHS system, choosing postgraduate specialization pathways in the UK, maintaining work-life balance in medicine, building strong medical CVs, and developing leadership in healthcare.
