I am deeply passionate about guiding both junior doctors and specialists from around the world toward achieving their career aspirations—whether it's becoming a world-class medical professional or successfully relocating to Australia. Drawing on my training in Career Education and Development at RMIT University, I have developed a personalized counselling model that identifies key career drivers and creates tailored roadmaps aligned with each individual’s goals and circumstances.With hands-on experience mentoring candidates for the AMC Part 1 and 2 exams, as well as supporting physicians preparing for Australian specialist college assessments, I bring practical insight and a results-oriented approach to career development. Outside of medicine, I am also a photographer and interior designer—proof that a fulfilling medical career can coexist with vibrant creative pursuits.My connection with nature influences every aspect of my work. Whether through photography, design, or career coaching, I aim to integrate clarity, harmony, and purpose into everything I create. I believe in breaking the myth that doctors are confined to one identity—and instead, help others embrace the full spectrum of their talents and passions.
