About
ST7 Interventional Cardiology Trainee, Barts Heart Centre, London | Medical Educator | Clinical Research Investigator I’m currently working as a Specialist Registrar (ST7) in Interventional Cardiology at Barts Heart Centre, London. Alongside my clinical role, I actively tutor at the University of South Wales and the University of Buckingham, and I also serve as an instructor for both ALS and IMPACT courses. My academic and clinical journey has spanned multiple countries and disciplines. I hold an MBBS from the University of Peshawar, an MSc in Epidemiology from Ludwig Maximilian University, and further postgraduate qualifications including an MSc and a PG Diploma in Cardiology, a PG Certificate in Advanced Life Support, a Diploma in Leadership in Healthcare, and an MSc in Medical and Health Education. I’ve passed the MRCP (UK) and the AMC MCQ examination, and I’m also certified as an Internationally Qualified Clinical Research Investigator. With a strong research background, I’ve authored or co-authored around 100 publications, and I’m always open to collaboration — whether you're just getting started in research or looking to build your academic portfolio. As a mentor, I take a practical, honest, and structured approach. I’m happy to support mentees preparing for UK postgraduate exams (MRCP, PLAB), those pursuing cardiology or academic medicine, and anyone looking for guidance on research, audit projects, or clinical career progression in the UK system. Let’s work together to turn your aspirations into achievable steps.
