Hello, I’m Dr. Vasu Goyal — currently working as a Trust Grade FY2 Doctor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust in North Yorkshire. I’m a Gold Medalist from GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, where I completed both my MBBS and internship. My long-term goal is to become a Cardiothoracic Surgeon, and I recently cleared the MRCS exam (January 2025) as part of that journey. Over the past few years, I’ve gained hands-on experience across India and the UK, having served as a Resident Medical Officer at both Mittal Hospital and Apollo Hospital. I’ve also pursued additional training in emergency care, patient safety, PROMPT, and clinical audits — accumulating over 80 CPD points. I'm skilled in critical care procedures, hospital protocols, and efficient patient communication. My academic path has been decorated with medals, distinctions, and honors — including the University Best Student Award, which I was humbled to receive from both President Shri Pranab Mukherjee and Nobel Laureate Sir Michael Young.
