Hi, I’m Mr HrudayaCharan. I completed my MBBS and passed MRCS Part A and Part B (OSCE) on my first attempt, followed by GMC registration with a licence to practise. I secured my first NHS job in January 2026 and am currently working as a Clinical Research Fellow in General Surgery.Having personally gone through the IMG journey into the NHS, I understand the challenges involved in MRCS preparation, GMC registration, getting your first NHS job, and planning a surgical career in the UK. I can offer practical, up-to-date and genuine guidance based on my own recent experience.If you’re interested in a surgical career in the UK, I’d be happy to help you navigate the journey. I’m very open-minded and approachable, and during my mentoring sessions, you can ask me anything.
