Dr. Zeeshan Mohammad
About
I am an Internal Medicine Training (IMT) trainee at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, with 2.5 years of NHS experience in Renal Medicine, Acute and General Medicine at King’s College Hospital. As an international medical graduate myself, I understand the challenges of transitioning into the NHS - from adapting to a new healthcare system to building confidence in clinical practice. Having been through that journey, I’m passionate about supporting and guiding others through it.I’ve passed MRCP Part 1 and Part 2, presented posters at national conferences, led successful quality improvement projects, and tailored my teaching and tutoring sessions to support others in strengthening their portfolios. I’m keen to share practical strategies on building a strong application for IMT and beyond, helping IMGs feel confident, prepared, and supported throughout their journey.
